IndicJobs connects cooks, drivers, helpers, nurse aides, electricians and many more with employers near them. Workers can speak instead of type, read every job in their language, and never pay a rupee to find work.
Why we started
Most job sites are built in English, for office jobs. The people who cook our food, drive our buses and care for our families are left with word of mouth, or middlemen who charge them.

The team
Lakshmikanth Raja K
Co-founder · Hyderabad
Lakshmikanth has spent about 20 years building digital products and leading the teams behind them, across product, program and delivery management. He began his career as a UX and UI designer, which is why IndicJobs starts with how a first-time smartphone user feels.
IndicJobs is his third company. He earlier co-founded Indigenius Solutions and Inlight Data Analytics, which was acquired by Rite Software, and most recently led product as Head of Product at Giottus. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
